Customers
In TenantWise, customers are classed as your tenants. You can manage customers of TenantWise in the Customers section of the Dashboard. Here you can invite, view and delete customers.

Onboarding Invites
The 'Onboarding Invites' tab allows you to invite prospective tenants to create their account using a magic link. The link will expire after 7 days.
If the invite is not used, automatic reminder emails are sent to the customer:
First reminder - 3 days after the invite was sent.
Repeat reminders - Daily after the first reminder until the invite expires.
Each invite is displayed with a status indicating its current state:
Pending - The invite has been sent and is awaiting acceptance.
Used - The customer has accepted the invite and created their account.
Expired - The invite was not accepted within 7 days.
Cancelled - The invite was manually cancelled by an administrator.
You can search invites by name or email and filter by status using the controls at the top of the table.
Send an onboarding invite
Click the 'Invite User' button in the top right of the Onboarding Invites tab.
Enter the customer's first name, last name and email address. Select an onboarding flow from the dropdown to define the steps the customer will need to complete during onboarding. Onboarding flows are created using Tasks with the 'Is Onboarding' option enabled, allowing you to build a customised series of steps to gather the information needed to onboard a new tenant.
If the selected onboarding flow contains payment steps, a 'Payment Amounts' section will appear. Set the payment amount for each payment step in the flow.
Click 'Send Invite' to send the magic link to the customer's email address.
The customer will receive an email with a link to create their account. Once they set a password, they will be guided through the onboarding steps defined in the selected flow.
Resend an invite
Find the invite you want to resend and click 'Resend'. This is available for invites with a 'Pending' or 'Expired' status.
The customer will receive a new email with a fresh magic link.
Cancel an invite
Find the invite you want to cancel and click the 'Cancel' button. Confirm the cancellation.
The invite link will no longer be valid and the customer will not be able to use it to create their account.
Once an invite is cancelled it cannot be reactivated. You will need to send a new invite if the customer still requires access.
Customers
The 'Customers' tab displays all registered customers on the platform.
