Administrators

You can manage admins of TenantWise in the Administrators section of the Dashboard. Here you can add and delete admins. Each administrator is displayed with their authentication method, shown as either an 'SSO' or 'Password' badge in the Auth column. Expand the sections below to learn how to create and delete admin users.

Click on the 'Add Administrator' button in the top right of the Administrators section of the Dashboard.

Enter the users first name, last name and email address and click 'Create'.

The user will now be sent an admin email invite and they will need to follow the instructions in the email to setup their account.

Click on the 'Add Administrator' button in the top right of the Administrators section of the Dashboard.

Enter the users first name, last name and email address. Tick the 'SSO Only (Microsoft login)' checkbox and click 'Create'.

The administrator will be created as an SSO-only account. They will not receive a password reset email and will only be able to sign in using Microsoft Entra ID.

SSO must be configured before creating SSO-only administrators. See SSO Setup for instructions on configuring Microsoft Entra ID.

Find the admin you want to delete and click the 'Delete' button. Confirm the deletion.

The admin will now be removed from the platform.
