Tasks
Tasks is a powerful workflow management feature that allows you to create reusable task flows and assign them to customers as task instances. Task flows are fully customisable templates made up of steps that guide customers and administrators through structured processes such as onboarding, document collection, payments and more.
Key Concepts
Task Flows - Reusable templates that define the steps a customer or administrator must complete. Flows can be assigned by admins, requested by tenants, or used as part of onboarding.
Steps - Individual actions within a task flow. Steps can collect information via form fields, request document uploads to SharePoint, collect payments via allpay, or display information requiring acknowledgement.
Task Instances - A task instance is created when a task flow is assigned to a customer. It tracks the progress of each step and allows direct messaging between the administrator and the customer.
Getting Started
Create a task flow to define your workflow template.
Add steps to your flow using the step builder.
Configure fields on standard steps to collect the information you need.
Create task instances to assign flows to customers and manage their progress.
