Integration Manager
Starting in Version 2.0, Integration Manager offers TenantWise administrators a single, centralised area to manage all backend integrations.
Access Integration Manager by clicking Integrations -> Integration Manager from the dashboard.
Available Integrations
Integration Manager currently supports the following integrations:
Civica Cx - Housing management system integration. See Civica Cx.
Koopid Chat - Live chat service integration. See Koopid Chat.
AllPay Payment & Direct Debit - Payment gateway and direct debit integration. See allpay Payment Gateway and allpay Direct Debit.
SharePoint Document Storage - Document management and document upload steps. See SharePoint.
Adobe Sign - Electronic document signing within task flows. See Adobe Sign.
Each integration requires terms acceptance before it can be enabled. Once terms are accepted, configure the integration credentials and enable the toggle to activate it.
