Koopid Chat

You can integrate your TenantWise platform with Koopid Chat. The chat integration can be easily configured by an admin from the 'Integrations' section of the Dashboard.

In the 'Chat Integration' section of 'Integrations' switch the 'Chat Disabled' dropdown to 'Enable Chat'. Select Koopid from the chat engine dropdown.

Enter your companies Koopid chat configuration settings and save the changes. Chat will now be active on your TenantWise instance.
