Branding

You can brand your instance of TenantWise to your requirements, including your company logo, colours and help links.

From the 'Settings' section of the TenantWise Dashboard you can set your branding settings such as company name, primary and secondary colours, website links and logo. Ensure you save your changes after you edit them.

  • The primary and secondary colours appear in all areas of TenantWise including desktop and mobile app. The colours are also used to brand outbound emails such as Two Factor Authentication emails.

  • We recommend logos to be no larger than 300x100px and in png format.

Website links

The website links settings are designed to direct your customers to information pages on your website. This might be a way to direct customers to more information about your services or direct them to help articles.

The 'Company Website URL' when set is included in the mobile app and is designed to be used as a link to direct your customers to your website.

The 'User help link' when set is designed to direct your customers to a help page when they need help with the registration or login process. When the help link is set a 'Need help?' button is displayed on the login and registration screens of the desktop and mobile app.

Feature Text

You are able to customise the text and button text for all of the features available in TenantWise. Customising this text will show immediately to the users when they select a feature from the homepage.
