In TenantWise a customer can update their contact details from their profile. A customer can update existing contact details and add new contact methods. When a customer updates their contact details, the changes are updated in your integrated housing management system.
Before a customer is able to add new contact methods to their account, a TenantWise admin will need to create contact methods in the 'Contact Methods' section of the Dashboard.
Create Contact Method
TenantWise will fetch the contact methods and categories from the integrated housing management system when you open the Contact Methods page in the Dashboard.
Click 'Add contact method' to create a new method.
Enter the method name and select the type and category from the available options in the drop down.
Click 'Create'
Delete Contact Method
Find the contact method you want to delete from the 'Contact Methods' section of the Dashboard
